Primary Containment Coatings and Linings

We have a 30 year track record in the installation of specialty coatings and linings for immersion-service. We trowel or spray-apply materials designed to perform properly for many years, to steel and concrete tanks of any size.

Our close association with material suppliers helps us select the right system for your containment and safety needs. The materials we install are environmentally safe, and conform to all safety and environmental standards.

We use approved equipment and methods, typically coating or lining over a basecoat primer. Material selection is based on chemical exposure, temperature and other conditions, and may include epoxy, urethane, novolac, polyester or vinyl ester chemistry.

Projects have included tank lining and re-lining of interceptor basins, chemical and water storage tanks, waste acid holding tanks, plating line tanks, waste water neutralization pits and E-coat holding tanks.

Our training and safety measures are extensive, including proper safety gear and certification for confined-space entry. We also provide inspection services for old/installed coatings and linings in primary or secondary containments.
